This BBQ Plancha Compañía comes complete with customized cover and solid wheels, so you can easily drive it to your favorite spot. The griddle grill ring is 60cm x 60cm and 8mm thick and has a removable ash pan at the bottom.
It is equipped with a removable wok ring , so also just wok something or fry some potatoes or vegetables with a pan. It can do it all.
The wooden cutting board (which also fits beautifully on model BBQ Plancha Big Jack) is optional, but recommended for this model. It is 60x45x4cm. This creates a table where you can easily put your plates, cutlery and drinks. You also protect your top against scratches and it is 4cm higher at that place.
