Maintenance and Aging:
Teak does not naturally require any treatment for outdoor use thanks to its inherent weather resistance. You have two choices for the look of your table:
- Natural Aging (Graying): Without treatment, the teak wood will age in a charming way over time. This gives the table a distinctive, rustic patina that is appreciated by many as the authentic teak look.
- Color Retention (Warm Teak Color): Would you like to retain the original warm teak color? Then treat the table with a teak oil or a saturator such as L'Imperméable (available in colorless or teak color).
