Stone tables

As a direct importer from Indonesia, we have in our “STONE_ID” range also solid stone coffee tables made of river stone.

These stone coffee tables consist of 1 piece of “boulder”, so a completely solid rock stone. We call this stone “river stone” because the rough stones are taken from the mountains, usually in the wide beds of and around the rivers.

Typically, the outside of the stone is left rough, while the top is polished smooth. This gives a beautiful and unique view. In short, a unique piece in your living room or sitting area.

Since the stone is solid, you must of course take the weight into account. A coffee table easily weighs between 300 and 500 kg, but that of course also makes the table particularly unique.

It is of course also possible to have the stone hollowed out from underneath (say, an upside-down wash basin) and this makes the weight a lot lower, but this is usually slightly more expensive because of the work involved.

We also regularly have coffee tables / side tables with a fossil top. These stone tables have a unique appearance.
